Seller stated New, Open Box and never used but turns out that wasn't the case. Admits it was "Only used for a week" after telling him there's dust on the GPU fans, markings on the PCIE pins, and the smell of acetone/alcohol, most likely from cleaning. Refused to compensate and will have to open a case. Buyers beware.
